Bulk RefID Copy-Paste from Excel in EasySLR

The Bulk RefID Copy-Paste feature in EasySLR allows you to quickly copy a list of RefIDs from Excel and paste them directly into the platform to filter and manage multiple articles at once. This eliminates the need for manual entry and enables faster bulk operations during screening, QC, and article management.

How to Use Bulk RefID Copy-Paste
  • Copy the list of RefIDs from your Excel sheet
  • Go to the relevant section in EasySLR (e.g., Project Articles, Screening Window)
  • Click on the RefID filter
  • Select Bulk IDs
  • Paste the RefIDs into the input field
  • Click Apply

The matching articles will be filtered instantly.

Bulk Screening Workflow (Include & Exclude)

You can use this feature to perform bulk screening decisions efficiently:

Step 1: Filter in Excel
  • Filter your dataset for articles marked as Include or Exclude
  • Copy the corresponding RefIDs
Step 2: Apply in EasySLR
  • Paste the RefIDs using Bulk IDs
  • Click Apply to retrieve the articles
Step 3: Perform Bulk Action
  • Select all filtered articles
  • Apply the required action:
  • Include decision (or move to next stage), or
  • Exclude decision
This allows you to quickly replicate your existing decisions for a completed project/existing project in EasySLR and run AI.
