Google & Microsoft Authentication in EasySLR

Logging into EasySLR is now faster, simpler, and more secure with Google and Microsoft authentication. This feature allows users to access the platform using their existing work accounts eliminating the need for OTP-based login.

Overview
EasySLR now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via:
  • Google Authentication
  • Microsoft Authentication
This enables both existing and new users to log in seamlessly using their organizational credentials.

1. Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Users can securely log in using their existing Google or Microsoft accounts—no need to wait for OTPs or manage separate credentials.
2. Seamless User Onboarding
New users can quickly create and access their accounts in just a few clicks using their preferred authentication method.

How to Enable Google & Microsoft Authentication
Follow these steps to enable SSO for your organisation:
  1. Navigate to Organisation Settings in EasySLR

  1. Scroll down to the SSO & Authentication Methods section

  1. Enable Google Authentication and/or Microsoft Authentication
  2. Save the changes

How Users Can Log In
Once enabled:
  1. Go to the EasySLR login page
  2. Click on:
    • Sign in with Google, or
    • Sign in with Microsoft

  1. Select your account and grant the required permissions
  2. You will be logged in automatically

Setup Notes:
Google Authentication
  • No additional configuration is required
  • Users can directly log in using their work email associated with Google once enabled
Microsoft Authentication
  • Requires a Tenant ID for setup
  • This ensures authentication is restricted to your organisation’s Microsoft environment


Important Notes
  • Each user must log in using their own Google or Microsoft account
  • Ensure authentication is enabled at the organisation level before users attempt to log in
