How to Download AI Models Used Across Different Processes in EasySLR?

EasySLR provides full transparency into how AI is applied across different stages of the review workflow. Users can now download details of the AI models used at each stage, helping teams meet documentation, audit, and reporting requirements.

Overview
The Download AI Models Used Across Stages feature allows users to export information about the AI models applied during various phases of a project, such as:
  • Title–Abstract Screening
  • Full-Text Screening
  • Data Extraction
  • Tools
This export helps teams clearly understand which AI models were used, where they were applied, and for what purpose within the review lifecycle.

Why This Is Useful

This feature is particularly helpful for teams that need to:
  • Document AI usage for methodology sections
  • Support audit, governance, or compliance requirements
  • Internally review or validate AI-assisted decisions
  • Maintain records for long-term project archiving

What’s Included in the Download

The downloaded file includes details such as:
  • Workflow stage where AI was used (e.g., TiAB, Full Text, Data Extraction, Tools)
  • AI model name or identifier
  • Purpose of the model (e.g., screening assistance, metadata extraction, data extraction)
  • Version information (where applicable)
Note: This export provides model-level information, not article-level AI predictions or decisions.

How to Download AI Model Details
  1. Open your project in EasySLR
  2. Navigate to Project Settings > AI Copilot


  1. Select Download the list of AI Models Used
  2. Save the generated excel file in your system for future reference.

The file can then be shared, or included as part of your project documentation.
