Protocol Generation in EasySLR


The Protocol Generation tool in EasySLR helps you quickly create a ready-to-use review protocol for your project based on your Search Query and Research Objective.
This feature is designed to save time and ensure your project starts with a structured and standardized protocol aligned with your study goals.

What Does the Protocol Include?
When you generate a protocol, EasySLR automatically provides:
  • PICOS Table – Clearly defines the Population, Intervention, Comparator, Outcomes, and Study Design.
  • Hierarchy of Selection Criteria – Outlines the order and logic for applying inclusion/exclusion criteria during screening.
  • List of Include/Exclude Reasons – Predefined and customizable reasons that can be directly imported into your project for screening decisions.

How to Generate a Protocol
  1. Go to the Tools Section in your EasySLR project dashboard.
  2. Select Protocol Generation and click Generate Protocol.
  1. Add your Research Objective and Search Query
  1. The tool will automatically generate:
    4.1. A PICOS table

            4.2. A Hierarchy of selection criteria

            4.3. A List of Include/Exclude reasons


  1. Review and edit the generated content if needed before adding it directly to your project.

Q. Are AI credits charged when I generate a Protocol?
Yes. 100  AI credits are consumed each time you generate a new Protocol.
