The Report Generation feature in EasySLR helps you automatically generate structured, publication-ready reports based on your project data. It consolidates extracted data, screening outcomes, PRISMA flow, and key study summaries into a single, editable report — saving time and ensuring consistency across reviews.

This feature helps:
  • Generate standardised and well-organised reports with minimal manual formatting.
  • Quickly produce study summaries for client submissions or publications.
  • Export reports for review, editing, or further formatting in Microsoft Word.

What’s Included in the Generated Report?
The generated report includes:
  • Executive summary with key findings
  • Methods section based on your protocol
  • Results overview with study characteristics

How to Generate a Report
  1. Navigate to Report Generation


  1. Click on “Generate Report”.
  1. Once processing completes, click Download(Word).

You can edit the downloaded Word document further for formatting or publication needs.

Advanced Tips
  • You can regenerate the report at any time, the latest data changes will automatically reflect in the new version.
  • The report maintains your organisation branding.
