Duplicate Project

EasySLR’s new Duplicate Project feature allows you to easily create copies of existing projects, streamlining your workflow and saving time. Whether you need to reuse settings, re-evaluate articles, or replicate an entire project, this feature offers flexible options to suit your needs.

With the Duplicate Project functionality, you can choose from three options:

  1. Project with Settings Only
This option duplicates only the project settings, including:
  • Protocol
  • Reasons
  • Highlights
  • Tags
  • Workflow
  • AI Settings
  • Data Extraction Form
Ideal Use Case:
Use this option when you want to start a new project with the same setup as an existing one, but without including any of the articles or decisions. For example, if you’ve created a standardised protocol that you’d like to reuse, this is the perfect option to get started quickly.

  1. Project with Settings and Articles
This option duplicates the project settings along with the articles that were uploaded in the original project. However, any decisions made on those articles will not be carried over.

Ideal Use Case:
Choose this option if you want to re-evaluate the same set of articles from scratch, without any previous decisions influencing your review. This can be useful for cross-referencing or conducting a second review of the same dataset.

  1. Project with Settings, Articles, and Decisions
This option duplicates everything in the original project, including:
  • Project settings
  • Articles
  • All previous decisions
Ideal Use Case:
Select this option when you need to create an exact replica of an existing project. This can be useful for making further refinements or running additional analysis without altering the original project.
