How to Archive a Project in EasySLR?

Archiving projects in EasySLR helps you declutter your workspace by moving completed or inactive projects out of the active project list. Follow these steps to archive a project:

1. Access Your Project
  1. Log in to EasySLR.
  2. Navigate to the Org Home and locate the project you wish to archive.
2. Locate the Archive Option
  1. Go to the Project Settings by clicking on the settings icon.
  2. Navigate to the top-right corner and click on Project Actions to access the Archive Project option.
  3. Confirm by clicking Archive project.
  1. The project will be archived, and an Archived tag will appear next to it for identification.
3. Access Archived Projects
  1. Once archived, the project will be moved to the Archived Projects section.
  2. To view archived projects, navigate to the Org Home and select the Archived tab.





4. Restore an Archived Project (If Needed)
  1. If you need to reactivate an archived project, locate it in the Archived Projects section.
  2. Click on the Project to access it.


  1. Go to the Project Settings
  2. Click on Project Actions to access the Unarchive Project option.
  3. Confirm by clicking Unarchive Project.

Important Notes:
  • Only users with Owner and Lead_Reviewer can Archive or Unarchive projects.
  • Archiving a project does not delete its data. All project information remains accessible in the Archived Projects section.
