Import Past Projects in EasySLR

With EasySLR's new Offline Project Upload feature, you can now integrate projects that are being worked on Excel or other platforms. This ensures a smooth and efficient upload process, helping you centralise your research efforts and maintain data integrity.

Step 1: Preparing Your Project files
Before uploading, ensure that your project files are organised and ready. This includes:
  • Download the sample template file via Uploads>Article with Decisions>Download Excel File Template.
  • Add Title, Abstract, Author, DOI, and all available data fields.
  • Ensure the reviewer email IDs match with the ones registered in EasySLR.
  • Mention the Reviewer Decisions as INCLUDE/EXCLUDE as applicable.
  • Ensure the Reviewer Inclusion/Exclusion Reasons aligns with those added in EasySLR.
  • Include details for both Title-Abstract and Full-Text stages as applicable.
  • If you are adding tags, please ensure they are entered as comma-separated.
  • Ensure the data is complete and accurate before finalising.

Step 2: Uploading the Project Files
  1. Navigate to Uploads> Article with Decisions> Upload.
  2. Choose the project file, select the source and click create.
  3. After uploading, review the project data within EasySLR to ensure everything has been integrated correctly.

Step 3: Running Duplicate Detection After Upload
If you have previously uploaded another file to the project without decisions, the system will identify duplicates across the files based on the current de-duplication criteria. It is recommended to re-run de-duplication by changing the criteria to get the latest count of duplicates.

To do this:
  • Navigate to Review Duplicates.
  • Click on Duplicate Detection Criteria and update the criteria as applicable for your project.
  • Click update
  • Review the identified duplicates and take action as needed.
