Import Project in EasySLR

With EasySLR's new Offline Project Upload feature, you can now integrate projects that are being worked on Excel or other platforms. This ensures a smooth and efficient upload process, helping you centralise your research efforts and maintain data integrity.

Step 1: Preparing Your Project files
Before uploading, ensure that your project files are organised and ready. This includes:
  • Download the sample template file via Uploads>Article with Decisions>Download Excel File Template.



  • Add Ref ID, Title, Abstract, Author, DOI, and all available data fields.
  • Specify the current stage of the article as TITLE_ABSTRACT, FULL_TEXT, or DATA_EXTRACTION.
  • Ensure the reviewer email IDs match with the ones registered in EasySLR.
  • Mention the Reviewer Decisions as INCLUDE/EXCLUDE as applicable. 
  • Ensure the Reviewer Inclusion/Exclusion Reasons aligns with those added in EasySLR.
  • Include details for both Title-Abstract and Full-Text stages as applicable.
  • Ensure the data is complete and accurate before finalising.

Step 3: Uploading the Project Files
  1. Navigate to Uploads> Add Article with Decisions.
  2. Choose the project file, select the source and click create.
  3. After uploading, review the project data within EasySLR to ensure everything has been integrated correctly.
