EasySLR Billing Feature: A Comprehensive Guide

This guide provides an overview of managing your billing within EasySLR, including setting up your account, managing your subscription, purchasing credits, and resolving billing issues.

Setting Up Your Billing Information:
  • Login and Access Settings: Log in to your account, and access the Settings from the left sidebar.
  • Billing Email Address: The displayed email is used for all billing notifications and communications.
  • Edit Billing Details: Open Settings to update billing details as needed. Changes can be saved by clicking Update.
Note: Only the Owner and Billing Manager roles have permissions to make purchases, access billing info, and manage subscription settings, so ensure the right roles are assigned.

  • View Billing Section: In Billing, you’ll see:
    • Plan Details: View plan details, active users, seats and end date.
    • Credit Information: Track available credits.
    • Orders: See past transactions for easy reference.

 Purchasing a Subscription Plan
:
  1. Choose a plan and Click Subscribe.
  2. Select Seats and Duration: Choose the number of user seats and duration to best suit your team’s requirements.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment. Once completed, plan details will be automatically updated.

 Managing Your Subscription:
  • View Seat Availability: Check current seat allocations.
  • Add More Seats: If additional seats are needed, click Manage Seats and add users as required. Billing for seat adjustments will apply immediately.

 Note
: Users will receive email notifications for upcoming renewals, 7 and 3 days prior to subscription expiry.

Purchasing Credits:
  • If you need more credits for AI-powered features, purchase them here in multiples of 1,000.
  • Details are provided on the payment page regarding credit usage and conversion.

If you encounter issues such as incorrect charges or payment processing problems, contact support with detailed information about the issue and attach relevant invoices or screenshots to help expedite the resolution process.

Q:  When does the billing cycle start and end?
A: Billing cycles begin on the purchase date and conclude at the end of the specified period (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Kindly contact support for information regarding the cancellation process.

Q: Will I be charged immediately if I change the number of seats?
A: Yes, any seat adjustments are billed right away, and costs are reflected in the current billing cycle.

Q: Can I get a refund for unused services?
A: Refunds are generally unavailable for unused services, but please consult our Refund Policy or contact support for specific terms.
