How to allocate Ref IDs?

How to allocate Ref IDs?

The system automatically assigns RefIDs to citations in sequential order upon uploading the RIS file, while CustomIDs can be manually allocated as needed.

Follow the process outlined to allocate CustomIDs:
1. Go to the Uploads section from the sidebar on the left.
2. Download the sample Excel file.

3. Update the available information in the sample Excel file. Then, assign CustomIDs to the articles as needed.

4. Once you've added all the necessary data to the sample Excel sheet, save the file, and then upload it to EasySLR
5. You can now begin the screening process
6. After completing the screening process, proceed to extract the data. The extracted data files will display the CustomIDs assigned.

Note: When uploading the article file for the first time in a project, you can choose the starting RefID range.
