How to track AI credits usage?

The Usage feature offers a comprehensive solution for managing your AI credits. It enables you to track and Analyse your credit usage in real-time, providing valuable insights throughout the lifecycle of your projects.

Understanding the AI Credit Usage Feature:
  1. Log in to EasySLR and navigate to the “Usage” section from the side bar on the left. This section provides organisational-level data, including the total number of licenses purchased, the available credit balance, and daily credit usage across different stages of screening.


You can also view a summary of the AI credit used by project and stage for a selected time period by clicking on the ‘Project Wise Usage’ section.
  1. In the second half of this section, you can find details on the total number of articles uploaded in the organisation, as well as AI runs performed during title-abstract, full text screening and data extraction.
  2. The Credit statement  offers a detailed overview of overall credits consumed, including a breakdown of credits purchased and their respective expiry dates.

To view usage details for a project, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the “Projects” section.
  2. Select the project you wish to review.
  3. Click on “Usage”.
You will see the usage details and AI runs associated with that project.
